Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Services Nikki Martin Consulting agrees to provide the leadership coaching, group programs, and/or workshops as outlined in your selected package. Services may include live sessions, assessments, workbooks, group support, or follow-ups, depending on the offering selected. 2. Client Commitment By enrolling in a package, the client agrees to fully participate, show up on time, and engage with the materials provided. Your growth depends on your willingness to do the work—and I’m here to support you every step of the way. 3. Payment & Refund Policy Payment is due in full upon booking, unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once services have begun. If a client chooses to withdraw early, they are still responsible for the full payment. Why? Because I reserve time and energy just for you—and that space can’t always be filled by someone else. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations 1:1 Coaching Clients: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be forfeited at the discretion of Nikki Martin Consulting. Workshops & Group Programs: Group sessions are held at fixed times and are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, recordings may be provided when available, but live interaction is highly encouraged. Workshop dates will be agreed upon in advance; reschedules require at least 5 business days’ notice. 5. Confidentiality All personal information shared in coaching sessions or group containers will be kept strictly confidential. Participants are also expected to respect the privacy of others in the program. 6. Intellectual Property All materials shared (workbooks, slides, recordings, etc.) are the intellectual property of Nikki Martin Consulting and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission. 7. Disclaimer Coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented relationship. While I bring structure, insight, and tools, results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. Nikki Martin Consulting does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. 8. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
